Majestic and emblematic Possessió in the municipality of Artà, framed in a beautiful landscape, typically Mediterranean, located on the road that connects Artá ​​with Alcudia, on a small elevation under the Ferrutx mountain. The whole complex is articulated around a quadrangular patio at two levels due to the unevenness of the terrain. Located on a plot of 355 Ha, of which 35/40% is cultivated, it has a license for hunting big and small. The built area is 4,667 m2, 1,700 m2 restored in 2002, fully respecting the character of the property.

The main floor, with access from the patio, retains a fresco decoration with floral, plant and mythological motifs that adorned the walls and ceilings. Behind the noble façade we find what was the house of the masters, in addition to a whole series of agricultural premises such as the oil mill, stables, warehouses, etc. Following the house of the masters is the portal of the chapel with a lintelled access with marés jambs topped by molded capitals that give way to an entablature crowned by a porthole. The roof has a ribbed vault with the ribs joined by decorated keystones. The upper floor, larger, joins the lower floor with a staircase, replacing the old ramp, which connects all the floors of the building, trying to revalue the entire interior, completely renovated.
